Hit-Run Crash Leads To Threats, Indecent Exposure In Woodbridge: Police A hit-and-run crash resulted in a woman being threatened with a weapon by a man who allegedly exposed himself to her in Prince William County when she confronted him, police say. Officers were called to the 13700 block of Meadowbrook Road in Woodbridge at around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, where there was a reported indecent exposure incident following the crash.
