Driver Killed After Crossing Over Median, Crashing Into Tree In Woodbridge: Police
A driver died after suffering a medical emergency and crashing into a tree near a busy Prince William County intersection, police say. Adrian Aurel Utupan, 64, has been identified by investigators as the driver who was killed in a crash early on Thursday morning in Woodbridge. According to the Prince William County Police Department, shortly before 1:30 a.m. on Oct. 24, officers were called to the area of Prince William Parkway near Minnieville Road, where there was a single-vehicle crash reported.
