Wrong-Way Driver Nearly 2X Legal Limit Hits 2 Cars In Virginia, Police Say A 26-year-old woman was nearly twice the legal limit when she struck a car and was caught driving the wrong way in Virginia, police said. Raechel Chittum was spotted going the wrong way down the 900 block of Princess Anne Street, a one-way street, by a Fredericksburg police officer on Saturday, June 1, the department said in a release. Homer Maxey had bloodshot eyes, slurred speech, and admitted to drinking 12-ounce beers just before the collision with a Fauquier County Ambulance on Warrenton and Poplar roads just before 9 p.m. Tuesday, May 28, the Stafford County Sheriff's Office said. Dante Mines Jr. had walked onto Manheim Auto Auction around 11:30 p.m. on auction Drive where he got into a Toyota and began driving, the county sheriff's office said.
