Spotsy Driver Busted With Hidden Drugs After Fredericksburg Traffic Stop, Police Say A Spotsylvania woman is facing charges after being caught in a stolen vehicle and attempting to smuggle narcotics into jail, authorities in Fredericksburg said. A member of the Fredericksburg Police Department on patrol on Friday, Dec. 13 in the 1100 block of Carl D. Silver Parkway, spotted a suspicious vehicle matching the description of one recently reported stolen.  According to officials, upon stopping the car, the officer identified the driver as Tamburr Johnson, 33, of Spotsylvania, who had an open warrant out for her arrest. Cleaning Crew Carjacked, K9 Helps Capture Suspects In Fredericksburg, Police Say A 21-year-old man and a juvenile have been arrested in a Fredericksburg carjacking, police said. Officers were called to Carl D. Silver Parkway for the carjacking where a cleaning crew had been forced from their car at knifepoint on May 24, police said. Joseph Wells, 21, of Stafford, and a juvenile both fled the area, authorities said. K9 Officer DeCilles initiated a successful track, leading to both suspects hiding in a nearby field with difficult terrain. They were arrested without incident.
