A 29-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection to the murder of his father and family dog in Woodbridge, the Prince William County Police Department announced. Christopher Tyler Rose was apprehended on Monday morning by officers amid an investigation into the fatal shootings of 56-year-old Brian Christopher Rose and a 1-year-old Labrador retriever.
