Disorderly Man Charged With Hate Crime During Disturbance At Virginia Hospital: Sheriff A wanted man who made a scene at Stafford Hospital is facing charges for allegedly making threats and shouting racial epitaphs at security, officials say. Fredericksburg resident Daniel Castillo, 34, a fugitive already wanted in Prince William County was arrested on Sunday night after assaulting a patient and going on a tirade.  The incident was reported shortly before 8:45 p.m. on Oct. 27 at the hospital on Hospital Center Boulevard, where there were reports of multiple disturbances involving Castillo.
