Student Stalked By Substitute Teacher, Arlington Officials Say An Arlington Public Schools substitute teacher has been arrested on charges of sexual misconduct involving a student, and police are seeking additional victims, officials announced. Timothy McGhee, 47, of Alexandria, VA, was arrested on January 10 following a criminal investigation by the Arlington County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit. McGhee is charged with taking indecent liberties with a child by a person in a supervisory or custodial relationship and stalking, police said. The Arlington County Police Department’s Special Victims Unit is investigating three reported cases of sexual battery in the Arlington Mill area and is urging any additional victims to come forward.
