Officers were called to thee 10000 block of Lomond Drive on Wednesday afternoon, where there was a report of Michael Scott Jenkinson exposing himself to a teen girl and 32-year-old man. Police say that the two spotted Jenkinson partially unclosed, exposing himself, and he was ultimately taken into custody by investigators who responded to the area.
