PWC Officer Arrested For On-Duty Incidents Involving Sex Assault Of Woman, Department Says A police officer in Virginia is facing charges for inappropriate conduct with at least one woman in Prince William County while on duty twice, his department announced. James Thomas Clinton, 28, was placed on administrative leave after being connected to two instances of assault in the past four months, PWCPD Lt. Jonathan Perok said in a news release.
