An 80-year-old woman has died after suffering what were initially believed to be non-life-threatening injuries in a Fairfax County crash earlier this month, police say. On Wednesday, July 3, Mount Vernon resident Donna Gulino was involved in a two-vehicle crash in the 8600 block of Richmond Highway in Woodlawn, sending both drivers to the hospital. Adalberto Rivas Machado, 19, was found with a handgun in his pant leg after officers chased him down on Saturday, July 13, Fairfax County police said.
