Reward Offered For Info After VA Teen Died At Hospital From Targeted Maryland Shooting: Police A new $10,000 reward is being offered for information that leads to the apprehension of a shooter who gunned down a 17-year-old Virginia native during what is believed to be a targeted attack in Maryland. Natanael Rodriguez Cuxun, of Arlington, was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on Snowden River Parkway near Rustling Leaf in Columbia when he was shot and later died at the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to investigators.
