Suspect Rams State Trooper’s Vehicle During Fiery Stolen Car Pursuit In Virginia: VSP
A high-speed chase involving a stolen car in Maryland escalated dangerously Monday night when the driver rammed a Virginia State Police vehicle, sending the trooper into a power pole and downing live wires across Route 1, officials said. The pursuit began around 11:19 p.m. on Nov. 25, when Alexandria Police attempted to stop a Hyundai Elantra stolen out of Prince George’s County. The driver refused to stop, leading officers on a chase through Van Dorn Street, Telegraph Road, Route 236, and Route 1. Woman Charged With Maiming While DUI After Striking Pedestrian In Prince William County: Police
A pedestrian suffered serious injuries over the weekend after being struck by an allegedly intoxicated driver in Prince William County who was arrested on Monday for maiming him, officials say. Manassas resident Marta Alicia Molina Morales, 31, is facing a pair of charges following a crash reported early on Sunday morning that left a 26-year-old man injured. Virginia State Police investigators identified the victims involved in a crash on I-66 in Prince William County on Friday afternoon. Driver Seriously Injured In Fairfax County Crash
A driver was taken to the hospital with serious injuries following a single-car crash in Reston Thursday night, May 30, county police said. It happened on the 2300 block of Gallant ox Court sometime before 6:25 p.m., police said. More details were expected to be released at a later time.
