Marvin Guillen found himself in a familiar position over the weekend after being busted for his fourth DUI offense by the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. The 34-year-old Stafford man was stopped early on Saturday night after the agency received multiple drunk driving complaints involving a swerving Honda Civic that came dangerously close to striking several other vehicles.
