Speeding Driver From Triangle Gets Second DUI In Four Months, Stafford Sheriff Says A speeding stop landed a Prince William County man behind bars in Stafford for his second DUI in the past four months, according to the sheriff's office. Triangle native Jonathan Ulises Avila Susana, 37, found himself in a familiar spot late on Sunday night when he was stopped for speeding, but arrested for alleged intoxicated driving. Shortly before midnight on Sept. 29, a deputy on patrol in the area of Richmond Highway and Port Aquia Drive going approximately 60 mph prompting a stop, leading to Susana's downfall.
