Flat Tires Foil DUI Driver's 100 MPH Pursuit With Deputies In Virginia, Sheriff Says Antonio Williamson was fast, but he wasn't fast enough to avoid his arrest following a high-speed pursuit with members of the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Four flat tires foiled the 27-year-old Woodbridge resident's failed flight from deputies after being forced to slow down when his Toyota ran over perfectly placed spike strips not far from the Cavalier Family Skating Center.
