Child Caught With Loaded Revolver In VA School 'Did Not Understand Severity' Of Item: Sheriff Some school officials got a scare in Virginia this week when a 6-year-old student was caught with a loaded gun inside of his backpack, according to authorities. Members of the Orange County Sheriff's Office were contacted on Sept. 16 by staff members at an area elementary school about a weapon that was found inside the building.
