Chickens Perish, Structures Destroyed By Fast-Moving Fire In Virginia An eagle-eyed paramedic was able to alert fire crews to an overnight blaze in Stafford County that damaged several structures. Shortly before midnight on Saturday, Oct. 26, Stafford County Fire and Rescue units were alerted to a fire in the 500 block of Wyne Drive, near Warrenton Road in Falmouth, by an ambulance that was returning from the hospital and spotted it. Firefighters In Virginia Investigating Blaze That Broke Out At Academies Of Loudoun One firefighter and one civilian were injured on Tuesday afternoon when a fire broke out at the Academies of Loudoun magnet school.  Loudoun County Fire and Rescue crews were called to a reported fire at the school that was quickly knocked down after all students were safely evacuated from the building before firefighters arrived, officials said. Crews Battle Heat, Two-Alarm Apartment Fire In Fairfax County (Developing) For the second time in three days, Fairfax County Fire and Rescue crews had to beat the heat after being called to battle a raging blaze that broke out in an area home. Before 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, firefighters were called to a two-alarm fire that was reported in the 2700 block of Hollywood Road in West Falls Church, where they were met by an inferno showing from the top floor of the building.
