Harold Lawrence Schneider is believed to have struck a Toyota while trying to turn left onto Dumfries Road from Brentsville Road around 7:35 a.m. on June 3, Prince William County police said. Maazen Imran Butt was riding in a vehicle with a 24-year-old female acquaintance when they got into an argument on Monday, May 20 just before 5 a.m., Prince William County police said.
