Driver 'Caught Again' For Fourth DUI While 'Periodically Drinking' In Stafford County: Sheriff Reginald Mitchell had at least one too many drinks before getting behind the wheel and found himself in a familiar position on Tuesday night, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. The 56-year-old Stafford resident was arrested overnight and charged for his fourth DUI after nearly striking a deputy's vehicle when he cut him off, officials say.
