A Virginia man who threatened his roommate with a machete before barricading himself and abusing a police K9 is behind bars, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office. Frank Lipka III, 46, is facing multiple charges after an incident played out in an area residence where he left a dog with minor injuries.
