Beginning at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 27, there will be a memorial for the popular singer at Old Mill Park in the 2200 block of Caroline Street in Fredericksburg.
Payne, 31, died on Wednesday, Oct. 16 in Argentina after falling from a third-floor balcony at a hotel near Buenos Aires.
It was later determined that he died from internal and external hemorrhages and other traumatic injuries.
Fans planning to attend the celebration of life in Fredericksburg have been told to that they are free to bring candles, flowers, photos, or other mementos for the memorial.
