New details have been released by Virginia State Police investigators after two children were among five Massachusetts residents killed in a violent crash on I-95 in Stafford County on Friday morning. Virginia State Police are investigating a deadly two-vehicle crash that shut down part of I-495 in Fairfax County overnight. The collision happened around 1:50 a.m. Friday, April 25, in the northbound lanes of the interstate near the Old Dominion overpass, according to a police spokesperson.
