District Man Charged With Murder On Federal Lands In Maryland Park, Police Say
A 63-year-old District man is facing murder charges after a person was found stabbed to death in a Prince George's County Park. Ronald Brisbon, also of DC, was arrested and charged with murder on federal lands in connection to the fatal stabbing of Jeffrey Strong, 38, at Greenbelt Park on Monday morning. According to US Park Police, officers were called to the park at around 9 a.m. on Aug. 12, where they found Strong suffering from traumatic injuries after suffering multiple stab wounds. A 77-year-old man has been charged with murder after his wife was found stabbed to death in their Fairfax County home, police say. Nicolas Godinez-Andres was outside of an apartment building with the victim on the 4300 block of 4th Street N., when the two became arguing around 11:20 Friday, June 14, police said.
