Springfield resident Mohammad Rastegar died on Wednesday, Oct. 30 from injuries sustained after crashing late in the afternoon when another driver was making a turn in the area. According to the Fairfax County Police Department, Rastegar was riding east on Old Keane Mill Road on his motorcycle when the driver of a Civic was hading north on Field Master Road and attempted to make a turn onto the roadway, striking the motorcyclist.  Raste…
