Watch Chuckling Dognappers Steal 10-Week Old Puppy From Fairfax County Pet Store Recognize them?  The Fairfax County Police Department has released photos of two suspects and are seeking the public's assistance in identifying and locating the pair wanted for stealing a puppy from a pet store in Chantilly. On Wednesday, Oct. 16, officers were called to the 14000 block of Chantilly Crossing, when two men walked into the business and stole a Maltipoo that was up for sale.
