Spotsy Driver Busted With Hidden Drugs After Fredericksburg Traffic Stop, Police Say A Spotsylvania woman is facing charges after being caught in a stolen vehicle and attempting to smuggle narcotics into jail, authorities in Fredericksburg said. A member of the Fredericksburg Police Department on patrol on Friday, Dec. 13 in the 1100 block of Carl D.
