A months-long drug trafficking investigation stretching from Delaware into Cecil County ended with three arrests, kilos of cocaine and marijuana seized, a gun recovered, and children found inside one of the targeted homes, authorities announced.
The Delaware State Police said 34-year-old Aaron Nickerson of Wilmington, 30-year-old Khalil Rodriguez-Fitzgerald of New Castle, and 33-year-old Malcolm Moore of Claymont were taken into custody on Wednesday, Aug. 6, after detectives concluded a joint investigation with the Cecil County Drug Task Force.

A Maryland teen accused of beating and choking a woman took off running half-naked with a loaded ghost gun and over a pound of weed, according to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office.
Ky-Mari Monte Bowman, 18, was arrested around 10:45 p.m. on Friday, July 18, after a patrol officer spotted a woman running from a man in a car near Golden Eagle Place in Waldorf, authorities said.
As the officer approached, Bowman sped off, struck a curb, and disabled the vehicle, a spokesperson for the sheriff's office said.

Fueled by PCP, marijuana, and alcohol, a Maryland man who stabbed another man during a bizarre ride dispute is now heading to prison.
James Mark Kimble, 39, of Mechanicsville, was convicted by a jury in April and sentenced this week to 15 years in prison for first-degree assault and weapons offenses, the Charles County State's Attorney's Office announced on Thursday.
The stabbing happened on Dec. 27, 2023.

An 18-year-old driver was arrested during a routine motor vehicle stop in which Fairfax County police found just under 100 fentanyl pills, wads of cash, and marijuana, police said.
An officer stopped Fredy Ralda Rojas, of Bailey's Crossroads, at 9 p.m. on Saturday June 1 at Glen Carlyn Drive and Glen Carlyn Road, county police tell Daily Voice.
The officer saw large amounts of cash and narcotics.
