A 24-year-old man was arrested after allegedly attempting to suffocate a woman during a domestic incident that was reported in Prince William County, police say. Maikel Barrera Aguilar is facing charges following an investigation into a Woodbridge argument that rapidly escalated on Tuesday morning, according to officials.
