A 24-year-old man has been charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of 3-year-old Honesty Cheadle, who was hit by a bullet while sitting in a parked car with her family in Southeast DC, authorities announced. Two Maryland men are facing life in prison after being convicted of murder during an armed robbery and carjacking spree, federal authorities announced. Thaddeus Lamont Wills, 51, and Keionta Shawn Hagens, 44, both of Waldorf, were found guilty by a federal jury following a nine-day trial.
