Around 1:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 15, Montgomery County Fire and Rescue crews were called to the 9100 block of Charred Oak Drive in Bethesda after a neighbor reported a house fire in the area. Shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19, officers were called to the Hampton Coliseum during a Phish show to investigate reports of a stabbing involving at least two victims. According to the Hampton Police Department, investigators believe an argument took place among a group of people that escalated into a physical altercation. Police Probing Fatal Crash After Man Struck By Multiple Vehicles In Fairfax County Intersection Intoxication may have been a factor for the pedestrian who was struck and killed by multiple vehicles while walking in Fairfax County over the weekend. Centreville resident Tracy Roane, 56, has been identified as the man who was killed in his hometown on Saturday night while walking near the intersection of Route 29 and White Post Road.  According to police, at approximately  8:20 p.m. on Sept. 21, officers from the Fairfax County Police Department were called in to investigate a reported pedestrian strike in the area of Route 29 and White Post Road in Centreville.
