A 16-year-old from Mitchellville is being charged as an adult in connection with the killing of a 58-year-old man found in a wooded area of Bowie, police announced. Hyattsville resident Rudy Lopez-Garcia was charged last week in the June 2023 murder of Aristides Flores Rosales, 22, according to the Prince George’s County Police Department.
