A 22-year-old Fredericksburg man is behind bars after allegedly sexually abusing multiple disabled children on a school bus in Spotsylvania, the sheriff's office announced on Saturday. Miguel Velasquez Velasco has been arrested and charged following an investigation into reports of students that were inappropriately touched on a bus, officials say.
