The victim, also 21, had arranged to buy marijuana from Dorian Hugh Wilhoit, county police said. The victim and other acquaintances met Wilhoit at the Woodbridge Station Apartments located in the 1400 block of Ranger Lp. around midnight on Monday, June 10, police said.
