The crash happened on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at the intersection of Duke Street and Quaker Lane, according to the Alexandria Police Department. One person was killed by a vehicle in a construction site in Alexandria on Wednesday morning, police say. Shortly after 7:30 a.m. on July 24, officers were called to the 5700 block of Duke Street, where there was a reported injury.
