Charles Peters, 77, was arrested this week following reports of loud noises in the 5700 block of Washington Avenue in Arlington. Alexandria resident A-Jay Jones is facing charges in connection to a shooting reported in the early hours of Sunday May 19 at an Arlington hotel.
