Eric Salvan, 56, was arrested on Tuesday night following the investigation into the disturbance, which escalated when officers heard the distinct sound of a weapon being slid onto a rack. Drugs, Ammo, Stolen Gun Found On Man Who Fired Shots In Virginia Street Argument, Cops Say A 24-year-old man has been arrested after police say he fired a gun in an area roadway during an argument in which Good Samaritans had stopped to help. Dan Benedict Galvez had been arguing with a woman around 6:50 a.m. on May 29 at Shoppers Best Way near Worth Avenue, where Good Samaritans had stopped to assist, Prince William County police said.
