Improperly Disposed Oily Rags Cause $80K Garage Fire In Loudoun County, Investigators Say Improperly disposed rags in a Loudoun County garage led to a large fire that caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage when they spontaneously combusted, officials confirmed.
