BMW Driver Charged Months After Motorcyclist Killed In Wrong-Way Virginia Crash: Police Months after a 32-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash, a BMW driver has been arrested, according to the Fairfax County Police Department. Michael Burghardt has been charged with manslaughter and felony hit-and-run in connection to the fatal incident that that claimed the life of Woodbridge resident Cornell Parish III in May.
