The trooper was dispatched to a sedan in a northbound lane around 3 a.m. to help a sedan that had stopped near Exit 52 in Fairfax County, a spokesperson for the VSP said. The sedan's driver, Erica D. Ruth Kile had apparently been arguing with someone in an elevator of a building on the 3000 block of Spout Run Parkway just before 2 p.m. on Friday, May 24, police said.
