Pair That Left Children Alone Near Drugs Inside Parked Car In Virginia Charged: Police
A pair of children who were left unattended in a vehicle with drugs inside in Prince William County resulted in charges for two adults, police say. Andrea Louise Delaney, 29, who has no fixed address, and Fredericksburg resident Joshua Alexander Schuldt, 25, were both arrested on Wednesday night after leaving the two children behind.
