A devastated family in Maryland is reeling and seeking answers after a beloved toddler was killed in DC. Late on Saturday, 1-year-old Upper Marlboro native Journee Moore was the subject of an emergency call in Northwest DC after going into cardiac arrest. According to police, officers were called at around 10:50 p.m. on Sept. 28 to a home in the 3700 block of Connecticut Avenue NW, where they found the 1-year-old suffering from critical injuries. A US congressman from Texas has announced that his nephew was shot while in the audience of former president Donald Trump's rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 13. Rep. Ronny Jackson of Texas's 13th District explained how his nephew was shot as follows, reading in part: "My family was sitting in the front, near where the President was speaking. Loudoun Deputy Wounded In Accidental Shooting Faces Long Road To Recovery, Campaign Says
Support is on the rise for a Loudoun County sheriff's deputy who was struck by a bullet in an accidental shooting during a routine training exercise last month. Loudoun County Master Deputy Kenny Foster was identified by a GoFundMe campaign as the victim of the June 13 accident.
