Montana Jo Johnson, 31, was arrested last month on multiple charges, and on Thursday, the Prince William County Police Department concluded their investigation.
In November, the task force detective received an online tip that Johnson was in possession of child porn. During that probe, they executed a search and seizure at his Woodbridge home, where electronics containing child porn and unsecured weapons were recovered.
Johnson was charged with:
- Possession of child pornography;
- Four counts of possession of child pornography second or subsequent offense;
- Unsecured firearms.
He's being held without bond pending his next court appearance.
