Police have identified the 72-year-old Honda motorcyclist who died at the hospital after crashing into a Honda Civic last week in Fairfax County. Springfield resident Mohammad Rastegar died on Wednesday, Oct. 30 from injuries sustained after crashing late in the afternoon when another driver was making a turn in the area.
