Trash Bag-Wearing Man Busted Breaking Into Popular Virginia Coffee Shop: Police
A popular Fredericksburg coffee spot did not miss a beat after a trash bag-wearing man vandalized the business. Roger Ruffner, 66, couldn't wait to get his caffeine fix on Monday morning, and broke dozens of window panels at Hyperion Espresso during a strange scene that played out in the 300 block of William Street. The incident was reported shortly before 3 a.m. on Nov. 4.
