Driver Drinking Twisted Tea Used Debit Card As License Before Virginia DUI Bust, Sheriff Says An 18-year-old driver who took the meaning of "tea time" too seriously is facing charges after being busted for alleged intoxicated driving during a stop in Stafford County, according to the sheriff's office. Stafford native Logan Hearns was caught with a graveyard of "Twisted Tea" cans, as well as several unopened beverages following what started as a routine traffic stop of a swerving driver.
