Cox Farms Mourns Loss Of Iconic Barn, Chickens After Devastating Fire In Fairfax County A massive fire tore through a historic barn at Cox Farms in Centreville early Sunday morning, killing multiple chickens and leaving a path of destruction, officials said. Fairfax County Fire and Rescue units rushed to the 15600 block of Braddock Road around 4:30 a.m. on Feb. 2 after receiving reports of a large fire at the family-owned farm.  Around 4:30am #FCFRD responded to a large barn fire at Cox Farms in the 15600 blk of Braddock Rd in Centreville.
