Jose Mauricio Sosas Ramos, 58, of Alexandria, was arrested following the attack, which happened around 3 a.m. on Sunday, March 9, in the 7700 block of Richmond Highway in Hybla Valley, according to Fairfax County police.

Authorities are working to identify a young man whose remains were discovered in a Montgomery County park, according to police.
A hiker stumbled upon a human skull in a wooded area of Rock Creek Regional Park on Saturday, March 1, and immediately called 911, Montgomery County Police said.
