Toddler Nearly ODs, Dad Charged With Child Neglect In VA, Police Say A 31-year-old Virginia dad has been charged with child neglect after his son lost consciousness due to drug residue on on an object he'd been playing with, police said. Police were called to a Claremont Lane home in Woodbridge around 9:05 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, where Yosely Argueta's 2-year-old son briefly lost consciousness, Prince William County police said.
