Harold Lawrence Schneider is believed to have struck a Toyota while trying to turn left onto Dumfries Road from Brentsville Road around 7:35 a.m. on June 3, Prince William County police said. Schneider left the scene in his Lincoln Town Car, but was followed by a civilian who saw it all, police said. Driver Whose Dog Bit Deputy During Loudoun County Pursuit In Stolen Car Sentenced A Rochester, NY man whose dog bit a Loudoun County deputy after leading a reckless pursuit that landed four people in the hospital has been sentence to prison time. Justin Connor, of Rochester, NY, who was 27 at the time of the July 2023 incident, was sentenced on May 23, 2024 to seven years and three months in prison by Judge Matthew P. Snow, the county sheriff's office announced.
