Child Walking To School Bus Stop In Spotsy Struck By DUI Driver, Sheriff Says An early morning crash involving a child walking to school led to a DUI charge for a Spotsylvania woman on Wednesday who was driving recklessly, according to the sheriff's office. Local resident Jane Jenkins was arrested for suspected driving under the influence after the 53-year-old struck a girl who was walking to her bus stop.
